International Operations:

A. India
With More than 20 years of experience in the Ship Repair industry and having well-trained personnel M/S Afloat Engineers, the international operating arm of SAIL FZC in Chennai, South India, has successfully undertaken Dry-dock repairs to nearly 80 Indian Coast Guard and Indian Navy Vessels, as well as implementing floating repairs to a large number of Indian merchant vessels.
As the leading Ship Repair unit and yard in Chennai, M/S Afloat Engineers also takes pride of its partnership and close cooperation with Maritime Foundation – the only Marine training institution in Chennai having its training campus within the city’s metro limits – providing the requisite training for the Indian workforce, particularly the Welders, being sent to the UAE operations.
The Institute boasts of an excellent faculty comprising if Master Mariners, Chief Engineers and other senior members in the seafaring community and takes pride in having an in-house Welding training department. It also employs qualified non-marine professionals and workshop instructors who share their experience and knowledge with the trainees.

B. Singapore
Afloat Marine & Services Pte. Ltd, the operating unit of SAIL FZC in Singapore, is the resident contractor of Dry-dock World Singapore, with strength of 25 qualified staff, it has till to date, taken up repair and renewal of pipeline for nearly 40-50 vessels

The company is still undergoing major expansion in terms of their operational activities in that region.
